Session request is required for each session.
12 athlete limit per session. No walk-In's allowed. If the session is cancelled or athlete limit is met, you will receive a notification by 5:00pm. Please do not enter the facility before 6:30pm. |
Required Form
The PVA Winter Camp Series form must be downloaded & printed out.
You & your parent/guardian must fill out & sign the form.
The release form and session fee must be turned in when you arrive.
