Coach Mark Heard (26 years experience)
Coach Heard has one of the best pole vault coaching records in Oklahoma history.  He has lectured at
the Oklahoma Coaches Clinic, and has directed camps for the past 21 years.  His vaulters have won
state titles 14 of the past 19 years, including 9 straight between 1995 and 2003.  With a 1-2-3 sweep in
2001.  Currently In his third season at OBU his vaulters have produced 11 All-America performances
including 2 National Champion and 5 National Runner-Up.

State Championship sweep in Oklahoma High School history.  His girls went undefeated in
Oklahoma from May 12, 2002 to February 23, 2007. Coach Wilkinson has coached at
prestigious vault camps and lectured at coaches clinics.
